Most of the players on the team are young. Along with his eldest sister, Libero Oh Ji-young, he also tries to care about his role as a senior. Chae Sun-ah said, “I have a personality that approaches first. From the point of view of juniors, unnies can be difficult,” he said. “I try to get closer to them by talking to them and treating them friendly. I have to do well first so my younger siblings can see and learn. I will lead by example,” he said.
