“Teheran was named an All-Star in 2014 and 2016 while with the Atlanta Braves,” the outlet added. He hasn’t pitched in the major leagues since appearing in one game for the Detroit Tigers in 2021.”

Teheran, meanwhile, made his big league debut with the Atlanta Braves in 2011 and is 78-77 with a 3.80 ERA in 240 career games. He won 14 games in 2013 and 2014, both of which were career highs for wins in a single season.

Since 2013, he has reached the 10-win plateau three years in a row. His 10 wins in 2019 were his last double-digit win season.
